Jazz drummer Billy Hart, who has appeared on recordings by Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, McCoy Tyner, Pharoah Sanders, and other jazz greats, and has worked for many years as a professor on major university campuses, is being hononred by the DCJF prior to his concert with the Cookers on June 14th.
